The Organizers of Glastonbury festival have announced that the ticket for 2023 festival will cost £340. The organizers said festival-goers will be charged £335 with an additional £5 booking fee for standard ticket as well as £50 when the tickets start selling in November.
The balance will be due by the first week of April. The Organizers said the reason for the increase is “incredibly challenging times”.
The last ticket which was sold in 2019 cost £265, with a £5 booking fee, for the 2020 festival, that was promptly cancelled due to the corona virus outbreak.
The music festival will return to Worthy Farm in Somerset from 21 to 25 June, 2023 and tickets will start selling November 6. Fans must register before buying tickets in an effort by organizers to stop touts.
Although, the lineup is not yet revealed, it has been rumored that Roxy Music will be filling the Sunday tea-time legends slot while Robbie Williams told BBC he would like to fill the legends slot at the event.
Sir Paul McCartney, Kendrick Lamar and Billie Eilish headlined the event to mark its 50th anniversary.
