Two days ago, Apple introduced the newly redesigned iPad with an all-screen design featuring a large 10.9-inch Liquid Retina display. Apple says the iPad is powered by the A14 Bionic chip which provides faster performance while at the same time providing all-day battery life.
The home button on the screen of the iPad is replaced with a fingerprint reader in the power button. Redesigned with a squarer look similar to the iPad Air and iPad Pro, the new iPad has USB-C in place of the lightning connector and came in four new colors: red, yellow, blue and white.
Also part of the big change is an Ultra Wide 12MP front camera, an updated 12MP back camera and 4K video. With a Wi-Fi 6 and 5G, Apple promises users an “even faster connection and connection on the go”.
Apple announced a new Magic keyboard Folio featured for “incredible typing experience, a click-anywhere trackpad and a versatile two-piece design”.
According to Apple, the new iPad is available to order immediately and will be in stores on Oct 26.
