2 People Hospitalized Following Plane Crash Near High River, Alta.

A plane crash near the town of High River, Alta. on Thursday, has left two people injured. RCMP says the single-engine prop plane had two passengers who suffered serious injuries.

According to Calgary EMS, both passengers were hospitalized at the Foothills Medical Centre in non-life-threatening condition.

Global News reports that the RCMP says they received a call about the crash, just east of the High River Regional Airport, at 3:48p.m.

Investigators are yet to determine the cause of the crash. High River is located about 70 kilometers south of Calgary.
