The Calgary Police Service (CPS) is asking the public for help to locate a teen missing from the southeast community of Applewood Park.

According to a news release by the police, “Jaiden, 15, of Calgary, has been missing since approximately 8:15am, Wednesday, June 5, 2024. He was last seen by family leaving home to attend school.”

Police describes Jaiden as 5’5” tall, weighing approximately 170 pounds, with a heavy build, black hair and having a beard. Jaiden was reportedly last seen wearing a black jacket, brown pants and black and grey backpack.

“Despite efforts of family, Jaiden’s whereabouts are unknown. Nothing indicates foul play, but police and family are concerned for his well-being. Although this case does not meet the threshold of an Amber Alert, we are working with our partners at the Missing Children’s Society of Canada to issue an alert in the hopes of locating Jaiden”, said the release.

Police is asking anyone with information about the whereabouts of Jaiden to call 403-266-1234 or drop anonymous tips on Crime Stoppers.
