Calgary Police Seek Public Help to Locate Man Wanted on Several Warrants

The Calgary Police Service (CPS) are asking the public for help to locate Toven Thobo- Carlsen, 38, of Calgary, wanted on several warrants.

CPS says Toven is wanted on counts of three times failure to comply, obtaining property under false pretenses under $5,000, three times failure to appear, four times assault with a weapon, possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon while prohibited, possession of a weapon for dangerous purposes.

Two counts of unauthorized possession of a firearm, possession of a firearm with ammunition, careless use of a firearm with ammunition, careless use of a firearm with assault, unlawful confinement and two counts of assaulting a peace officer.

Police describes the suspect as slim, 5’10” tall, with brown hair and brown eyes. He also has a small amount of facial hair.

Police is asking anyone with information about his whereabouts to call 403-266-1234 or drop anonymous tips on Crime Stoppers.
