Bukayo Saka Set to Treble Wages and Sign New Deal with Arsenal

The Gunners are set to make Bukayo Saka one of the top earners of the club as talks of a new deal continue.

Bukayo Saka remains in contract negotiations with Arsenal and his current deal has 18-months left with a further one-year option to give Arsenal a safety net, according to the Mirror. The continued negotiations could see his value soaring and treble his earning, which is currently £70, 000-a-week.

Saka, 21, had an outstanding performance at the opening game victory for England at the Qatar 2022 world cup, plus a standout performance since joining the Arsenal senior team.

At the world cup, Saka scored twice against Iran, is England’s player of the Year and has also played a major role in Arsenal rise to the top of the premier league. Arsenal is reportedly confident that they will come to an agreement, but it will be expensive.

Speaking on his win against Iran, Saka said “I can’t describe the feeling. I am so happy and so proud. We got the win as well, so it is really a special day. I feel in a good place. I feel the support and love from the England fans, the coaching staff and my team-mates. That is all I need. I feel ready to give 100% and I will continue to do that every time I put the shirt on.”    @bukayosaka87
