The Huawei Pocket S, the latest foldable smartphone from Huawei has been launched in China. The smartphone, described as the cheapest foldable, packs a 4,000 Ah battery, with 40W fast charging and a dual rear camera setup of 40-megapixel main sensor. The front camera comes with a 10.7 megapixel sensor.
The Huawei Pocket S is powered by a Snapdragon 778G SoC and runs on Harmony OS 3 interface. The smartphone comes with a 6.9” foldable OLED display with 120HZ refresh rate and a resolution of 2790 x 1188 pixels.
Also, the smartphone features an external 1.04” OLED panel with 340×340 resolution. Huawei promises the pocket S features a flexible graphite heat dissipation system.
The Pocket S smartphone comes in five colors namely: Frost Silver, Ice Crystal Blue, Mint Green, black, and Rose pink.
The phone is available for pre-order immediately and will go on sale from November 10. Huawei Pocket S is prized at $820/€830/CNY5,988 for the 128 GB version, and $890/€900/CNY6,488 for the 256GB version.
