Thomas Tuchel in Visa Limbo after Chelsea Sacking

Thomas Tuchel has been left in post-Brexit visa limbo over his ability to remain in the UK after being sacked by Chelsea.

The former manager, Thomas Tuchel was sacked by new owner Todd Boehly just one month into the new premier league. It was earlier reported by Chelseafc that “as the new ownership group reaches 100 days since taking over the club, and as it continues to work hard to take the club forward, the new owners believe it is the right time to make this transition”.

Report says that the former manager is still seeking clarity on how soon he would be required to leave the UK. Tuchel is reported to have arrived on a post-Brexit Governing Body Endorsement visa and may only have 90 days to remain in the UK following his sacking.

According to the report, “the manager continues to live in the UK, while his children are at school in Surrey. Neither the home office nor the Football Association has reportedly provided additional information on his situation.
