Travelers to Canada will no longer be required to provide proof of vaccination against Covid, and compulsory masking up on planes and trains are no longer mandatory.
Visitors into the country will no longer be subject to random obligatory tests and unvaccinated people will not have to isolate upon arrival. Also among the lifted travel requirements is the use of the ArriveCAN app. The use of the app is no longer compulsory, although travelers may use it for customs declarations at some airports.
The government warns that even though the restrictions have been lifted, it could be brought back if they are needed.
