Calgary Police Investigate Suspicious Death in Brentwood Home Invasion

The Calgary Police Service (CPS) are investigating a home invasion in a northwest community, after one man was found dead and two others injured.

The police said at approximately 9:15am, on Thursday, Jan. 4, 2024, they were called to a residence located in the 0 to 100 block of Braden Crescent N.W., for reports of a home invasion. Upon arrival, the police located a deceased man and two other injured inside the residence.

“Our Homicide Unit is now investigating and officers are in the process of speaking with multiple witnesses. An autopsy has been scheduled for tomorrow, Friday, Jan. 5, 2024”, CPS in a news release.

No further information about the victim will be released until after the autopsy.
