Hassan Sarah @hassansarah is a Kenyan actress, model and former TV host. She was born on September 5, 1988. She is well known for her roles is several films and series such as Tahidi High, The Wedding Show and Zora.
Hassan made her debut at the age of 5 as Tanya, on the Kenyan high-school drama series Tahidi High and became one of the lead characters at the time. In 2013, she took the place of Noni Gathoni in the Wedding Show as the main host until December 2014. In 2021, she played the lead role in Zora.
Asides from acting, Hassan is a brand ambassador to several Kenyan fashion lines. Hassan has several accolades to her name including the Chaguo La Teeniz Awards for the Best Actress category in 2011. She won the Best TV Host at the Kalasha Awards 2014 (Discovery + 254), Best East African Journalist in 2015 at the Swahili Fashion week in Dar es Salaam.
Hassan was ranked in the top 100 most influential young Kenyans in 2016 and 2021.
