During the 8th edition of the Ghana University Sports Association (GUSA) mini games in 2019, Mukarama led her team to win the female football tournament scoring three goals to win the top scorer and the best player of the match.
In August 2019, she got a scholarship to study at the Tyler Junior College in Texas, USA, where she continued to pursue her football career. In her debut season for the Tyler Junior College Women’s Soccer team, Mukarama scored 27 goals and made 13 assists, helping the team to win the 2019 NJCAA Gulf South District Championship and the NJCAA Women’s Soccer Championship.
Mukarama played for the Ghana Premier League side Northern Ladies FC in 2011 at the age of 9. She scored a hat-trick in the club’s win against Ashtown Ladies during the 2020-21 season.
Her breakthrough moment came at the 2018 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup in Uruguay, where she showcased her exceptional talent on the global stage. Leading Ghana’s U-17 team as captain, Mukarama’s electrifying performances captured the imagination of fans worldwide.
Her goal scoring prowess earned the prestigious Golden Boot and Bronze Ball awards, solidifying her status as one of the most promising talents in women’s football. She was called up to the senior team ahead of the 2019 WAFU ZONE B Women’s Cup.
Since her debut, she has seamlessly represented Ghana’s national team, the Black Queens, with distinction. Her ability to dominate matcher with her skill, speed, and tactical intelligence has earned her widespread acclaim globally.
