Prince Harry to Release Memoir “Spare” in 2023

Prince Harry has announced that his highly anticipated memoir, “spare” will be released in 2023

The publishers, Penguin Random House and Prince Harry said the book will be released on January 10, 2023.

The book will reportedly include all accounts of the Prince’s version of his life as well as his decision to give up royal duties and move to the US.

Spare is rumored to likely be a nod to the phrase “an heir and a spare”, which means how monarchs have spare heir who is not first in line and is unlikely to ascend the throne.

The book’s release was first announced in July 2021, but was never released. At the time, the Prince said it was “firsthand account of my life that’s accurate and wholly truthful”. The book has been highly anticipated and rumored to be a “tell it all” on the British Royal family.

Penguin Random House wrote “…Two young boys, two princes, walking behind their mother’s coffin as the world watched in sorrow… For Harry, this is his story at last”.

The book will be published worldwide on the same day and will be available in 16 languages accompanied by an audio edition read by Prince Harry.
