MR OLUFEMI MORONFOYE: A COLOSSUS

You have heard the slogan:  a jack of all trades and master of none but permit me to introduce to you a jack of all trades and a master of all! Mr. Olufemi Moronfoye runs a conglomerate of  businesses and each one is a resounding success. If anybody should ever be accused of having the proverbial Midas touch, it is this young businessman.

He’s a giant in the field of  oil & gas consulting, entertainment and product marketing/brand building.  He is multi-talented and his business empire is multifaceted.  He excels in creative ideas, very imaginative and possesses rare intuition when faced with issues of hypothesis. He combines brilliance with dogged persistence into the world of adventure. Below is the excerpt of his interview with africanpride magazine.

 What was the definite career you desired to pursue as a child?

 Engineering, I also wished to be a musician

 At what age did you venture into your current line of duty? Any family support?

At age 27. My Dad supported me all through.

What challenges did you face in perfecting your skills in this line of business?

 Our culture of corruption as a nation, and her global position

 What makes you stand out in the fast leagues of business?

 I always want to do new things. I believe when you do a new thing, you can dictate your pace.

 How do you define success?

Achieving what you set out to accomplish.

 What else do you do?

 I play saxophone with a band.

Has your fame in anyway deprived you of your privacy and your role as a father?

 I do not consider myself famous and my family comes before my business, because at the end that is all that matters.

 What advice would you give younger generations?

Always feel free to dream but wake up and work to make your dreams come true.

 What is your proudest moment in life?

Can’t really remember, but I am so proud of my wife and kids.

How do you unwind?

Sit and watch movies

 Where is your favourite place for vacation?

US, Bahamas and believe it, it’s a home!
