Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have officially settled their divorce, as well as issues related to jointly owned properties and children custody.
Sky News reports that, according to court rulings, the ex-couple will have joint custody of their four children, who are aged between three and nine. West will be paying $200, 000 per month in child support, which must be wired to her account the first day of the month. Also, the two will split the cost of their children’s private security and educational expenses.
The outlet reports that none of them will pay the other spousal support, and each will pay their own debts. As for the properties, the prenuptial agreement has taken care of it.
Interestingly, if there’s ever a disagreement regarding the children, West and Kardashian have agreed to participate in mediation. If one of them fails to participate, the other gets to make the decision in a disagreement by default.
The couple got married in 2014 at a Renaissance fort in Florence. Kardashian filed for divorce in February 2021, but they couldn’t settle because West refused to engage. In March this year, a judge declared them legally single at Kardashian’s request.
