- Exercise: After working on school assignments, they should play outside rather than spend time watching TV/playing games. Research has proven that regular activity help children and adolescents build strong muscles and reduce risks of developing health conditions.
- Cleanliness: Ensure they shower/bathe with soap and water and change into clean, fresh underwear. Teach them the importance of washing hands after each bathroom visits.
