Garhammer raise is the exercise done for strong abs. Garhammer raise is a move done by a man looking for a six-pack or increase core strength.

To do a garhammer raise, hang from a pull-up bar and bring your knees up until your thighs are parallel. Then bring your knees up towards your chest as high as you can, now lower your knees slowly to the starting position.
