The barbell front raise is a shoulder exercise used to target muscle building.
First, grab a barbell and stand up straight. Make sure the Barbell is in front of your thighs while your hand is facing down. Spread your hands shoulder-width apart and keep your upper-body immobile with your elbows slightly bent.
Now, lift the barbell until your arms are somewhat above the level where they would be parallel to the floor. Lift, breathe out and take a pause. Lower the barbell slowly to the starting position while inhaling, then repeat.
